Dr. James A. Brice, Jr.

President and Founder

Al Brice is Senior Pastor of Covenant Love Family Church, the sponsoring church of the Destiny College of Ministry. Pastor Al, as he likes to be called, has been in the ministry for over thirty (30) years. Pastor Al served as Senior Associate Pastor of an 8,000 member Church before founding Covenant Love Family Church.

Pastor Al founded Covenant Love Family Church in August, 1991 because of a vision God had given him of a church he would pastor based upon God’s love, and that would include people of all ethnic backgrounds and colors and people hungry for the Word of God. This vision is being fulfilled at a phenomenal pace. Pastor Al’s heart is also to teach, train, disciple and mentor God’s people so each may flow in their gifts and callings; hence, the Destiny College of Ministry.

Pastor Al is a pastor's pastor. You will frequently find him teaching and ministering at pastors' conferences.

Dr. Ralph Marowitz

Founding Academic and Administrative Dean

"Dr. Ralph," as he is affectionately known, has been in ministry for over fifty (50) years. In addition to pastoring for some years, Dr. Ralph has helped pastors build Bible schools in various parts of the world and in the United States. He has also served for many years as an Associate Missionary with a large Pentecostal denomination.

Dr. Ralph was a Founding Dean of RHEMA Bible Training Center and also served as a faculty person at Oral Roberts University. He was a founding member of the Oral Roberts Educational Fellowship and served as the Director of its Post Secondary Division. Dr. Ralph is a teacher, trainer, disciple, and mentor of men and women. Dr. Ralph is a dynamic teacher of the Word of God.

Pastor John Adderley

Pastor John Adderley is retired from the United States Air Force, where he served as a foreign missionary and an air traffic controller. An ordained pastor, John received a Bachelors Degree in Theology from Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College in 1995. Pastor John currently serves as the Outreach and Evangelism Pastor at Covenant Love Family Church, where his heart for people and his desire to see the Body of Christ grow and fulfill their full potential is evident. Pastor John is also actively pursuing his Masters in Divinity Degree through Destiny College.

Pastor Jeff Robertson

Pastor Jeff Robertson has been in ministry for over twenty years teaching and ministering the Gospel of Jesus. He moved to Fayetteville, NC in 1984 has attended Covenant Love Family Church since 1991. Pastor Jeff currently serves as oversight of In-house ministries at CLFC where he oversees the altar ministers, ushers, greeters and security team.

Pastor Quinton Self

Pastor Quinton Self has been in ministry for over thirteen years. He is currently the Youth Pastor at Covenant Love Family Church and is thrilled to be apart of what God is doing here at Destiny College. His fervent desire is that each student will be reached with God's relevant message, discover their purpose and identity in Christ, and grow in their walk through a thriving relationship with God, intensive study and resourceful mentorship.
