Will Students Be Able To Work While Enrolled In Destiny College SCML?
Yes! If a student has part-time job off campus, they are more than welcome to work as not to interfere with College instructional time and personal study. Since classroom instruction is conducted in the mornings, students with off-campus jobs will be available to work Monday-Thursday in the afternoons as they desire. On Fridays, students are free to work according to their personal schedule as the College Offices are closed.
What Does A Typical Week At Destiny College SCML Consist Of?
A typical week at SCML consists of daily prayer, scripture study, college courses, Bible study courses, life lessons, up-close mentoring, internship, church ministry, optional part-time jobs, and other areas.
What Ministry Opportunities Can Destiny College SCML Offer?
All students have the opportunity to work with any number of ministries including Youth, Children, Media, Worship, Performing Arts, Outreach such as prison, nursing home, social services ministry, and more.
Is Church Ministry And Leadership Only For Those Going Into Full-Time Ministry?
No! The School of Christian Ministries and Leadership has been established to prepare High School graduates to be generational changers and warriors, equipped to challenge the secular society and to give a defense for their Christianity when confronted in college, university, or the marketplace. In addition, SCML also trains and equips individuals to serve in the church ministry or ministries of their choice.
